Promotional Offers Terms and Conditions

 

The Promotions:

15% off Early Bird Offer

Applies to all orders placed between 4.30pm - 6.00pm, Mon - Wed on a total minimum order value of £10. The maximum redeemable discount is £10.

 

10% Party Order Offer

 

Applies to all orders placed Mon-Sat of a total value between £60 & £74.99. Entitles customer to a discount of 10% off existing order to a maximum redeemable discount of £15. Any order must be made before 4.30pm on the Entitles customer to a discount of 15% to a maximum redeemable discount of £15. Discount will be applied against existing order. 50% of the total order value is to be paid at time of placing order.

 

15% Party Order Offer

 

Applies to all orders placed Mon-Sat of a total value between £75. Entitles customer to a discount of 15% to a maximum redeemable discount of £15 off the existing order. Any order must be made before 4.30pm on the day of intended collection/delivery. 50% of the total order value is to be paid at time of placing order.

 

Management shall have final determination as to the time an order is placed and reserve the right to exclude any order or person(s) from the offer at any time or to modify or terminate the offer as it sees fit. Offer includes orders made by telephone only for DELIVERY or COLLECTION. This does not affect your statutory rights. Discounts will be applied to existing order only and shall not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.

 

In the event of unforeseen circumstances Management may substitute the discount for an alternative of appropriate value.

 

Management cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or injury suffered as a result of accepting the offer.

 

If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of Management and which prevents Management from complying with these terms and conditions Management will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.

 

Management’s decision is binding in all matters relating to this Promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.

 

The Terms and Conditions of these Promotions shall be interpreted and applied on the basis of English Law and the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
